A holistic journey through Ayurvedic women's health — from menarche to menopause — covering menstrual health, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum care, graceful aging, and the classical herbs and formulations that support women at every stage of life.
About the course
In today's world, women often overlook their own wellbeing while managing multiple roles and responsibilities. This course offers a holistic path back to self — grounded in Ayurvedic principles and designed specifically for the unique physical, emotional, and hormonal transitions women experience across their lives.
From the foundational concepts of Dosha, Agni, and Prakriti to the practical application of Ayurvedic diet, daily routine, herbs, and self-care rituals, each class brings ancient wisdom into the realities of modern life. Participants will leave with a personalised blueprint for long-term vitality, balance, and wellbeing.
