About the course

Whole-woman health through classical Ayurveda

In today's world, women often overlook their own wellbeing while managing multiple roles and responsibilities. This course offers a holistic path back to self — grounded in Ayurvedic principles and designed specifically for the unique physical, emotional, and hormonal transitions women experience across their lives.

From the foundational concepts of Dosha, Agni, and Prakriti to the practical application of Ayurvedic diet, daily routine, herbs, and self-care rituals, each class brings ancient wisdom into the realities of modern life. Participants will leave with a personalised blueprint for long-term vitality, balance, and wellbeing.

One of the few practitioners in the United States holding both a BAMS and a Master's in Ayurvedic Obstetrics & Gynecology from Banaras Hindu University, Vandana has over 30 years of experience in clinical practice, research, and teaching. A former professor at SDM College of Ayurveda, she is the published author of Stree Roga Vimarsha and Prasuti Tantra Sandarshini — authoritative texts on Ayurvedic gynecology and obstetrics widely used by practitioners and students. She is a faculty member at Ayurveda institutions across the United States and internationally.
